Massage Haven

This was the first deep tissue massage I’ve had. I am visiting from out of town and I had given my daughter a gift card for a massage with Sandy last year. My daughter said she was very good and I have to agree. I’ve been suffering with frozen shoulder for almost a year with no relief from PT and two cortisone injections, which only helped temporarily. It’s been so long since I’ve had a good nights sleep! Since I was away for a week, I decided to get a massage since I wouldn’t be getting PT. Sandy worked for an hour and a half, but it was so worth it! She also did some reflexology to help with sleep. I finally got a good nights sleep!! I’m a believer in the type of treatment Sandy does. She’s very knowledgeable and good at what she does. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Sandy!!

Sandy did a phenomenal job! I got a deep tissue massage and was in pain with restricted movement. By the time the appt was done, I was able to move freely and my pain was almost gone. She has a true talent and she embraces it fully. I highly recommend her.
