Massage For Life - Islip Terrace Location

I had a great experience at Massage for Life in Islip Terrace. Lauren did an excellent job — the massage was both relaxing and gave me pain relief. She’s a skilled massage therapist who really focuses on problem areas. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional massage therapy in Islip Terrace.

I’ve been here a few times and have had different massage therapists and they are all great! I always leave feeling better and more relaxed. One day, I came in with pain in my wrist, thinking it was the start of carpal tunnel or something. I happened to mention it to Margie (not thinking that she could do anything about it) and she massaged a trigger point which totally released my wrist muscle. It has felt so much better ever since! It’s not even what I went in there for, but she was able to relieve the pain. Amazing!

I threw my lower back out shoveling snow and spent the next two days dealing with sharp pain on the lower right side of my back. I’m so thankful I booked a massage with Massage for life. After just one session, the pain was gone, and I’m only dealing with a little lingering tightness, which heat and stretching have been helping. Barbara, my massage therapist, was amazing, and Margie (the owner), Jessica at the front desk, and everyone at Massage for Life were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I would highly recommend Massage for Life to anyone dealing with back pain, body pain, or stiffness. The care and attention they provide truly make a difference.

I’m so glad I finally took the time to come and get massages here! I have seen Barbara twice so far. She is a great listener and really wants to try and figure out where your pain is coming from. Barbara is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and has really taught me a lot about my own body and the reason I have pain. She’s even taken the time out to show me how to strengthen and stretch the area. I highly recommend giving Massage for Life a try!

I’ve been dying to get a massage from here for over a year I’d haven’t made it a priority until today!!! and finally today. as a busy mom working a very physical job, it was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life.
