As a long-distance runner, I’ve been getting monthly massages for over 10 years. When my long-time LMT retired, I had to find a new therapist—never an easy task. Fortunately, I found Chris at Massage for Better Living, and after my first session yesterday, I can confidently say it won’t be my last. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment! Chris provided an excellent therapeutic massage, applying just the right amount of pressure while checking in with me throughout to ensure my comfort. I moved from Hillsborough Co. two years ago and hadn't gotten around to finding a new massage therapist -- that is, until now. Chris put me at ease almost immediately and was very in tune not just with the tension and knots that had developed all over my body, he paid equal attention to ensuring you are entirely relaxed. As far as I'm concerned, I don't need to look anywhere else. Chris's expertise and his calming presence during the massage are two big selling points for me and after I get done writing this review, I plan on booking another appointment. Thank you Chris! Chris is also very intuitive and thorough in his massages, checking in often to ensure he is applying the correct pressure throughout the massage.
