Massage Envy

I had a massage appointment scheduled, but woke up that morning with fever. I called to let them know and was told I would be losing my credit for cancelling. I would understand if I just didn’t show or was cancelling for no good reason. Since that time, I have had three of my appointments cancelled due to therapists being sick. After rescheduling my last massage appointment for the following week, I was called saying all appointments for my therapist had to be cancelled because he was no longer there. So was he really sick for the previous appointment? I have my doubts. All that to say, clients are penalized if they need to cancel due to sickness, but therapists can cancel with no compensation to the client for their inconvenience.

Stephen was great! I’ve been coming in monthly for prenatal massages, and he provided exactly what I needed. I really appreciate a quieter environment and a therapist with a more firm pressure - he did an excellent job!

My family has been going here for over 10 years. Front desk staff and management went very down hill. Nasty attitude and no explanations. Exception being the nice man I spoke to over the phone (who is still training) look for another location not worth dealing with. Sucks for the masseuses

Stephan is a gem. A lot of negative reviews for like normal stuff? Yeah there us a cancelation fee, and for insurance purposes you can't bring in minors or get massages before 12 week pregnant and the employee must be prenatal certified. That is all massage envys and most massage places? Wack reviewers.
