Massage Envy

Terrible experience at Massage Envy. Due to their limited availability, clients are forced to make appointments months in advance. They appear to have only one highly-sought after massage therapist and recommend booking with that person up to six months out. People’s lives change, and even an appointment scheduled a month in advance may need to be rescheduled. When I expressed my concerns to Sarah at the front desk, she was rude and condescending. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she began explaining all the scheduling problems at that location. Quite frankly, I do not care about the internal scheduling issues. Aixa did a deep tissue and she was absolutely perfect!!! Not one thing I would’ve had her do different well maybe a hot towel lol she is attentive and understands the make up of the body. I will always choose her! Very sweet and professional too

Gigi (Grisel) is amazing! If she’s not doing my massage, I don’t want it. I had the best massage with her yesterday. I told her some very specific focus areas and she nailed it. She knew the exact places I hurt with little guidance. She was very thorough in addressing a knot in my shoulder. She’s pleasant, attentive, and strong. Love her!

I always get impeccable service with Massage Envy Winter Park. I get the perfect deep tissue subtle trigger point massage with Olivier. He works his way into the tissues with ease and does not push past the point of tolerance, as I've had with some therapists. His approach is effective!

Wendy was great. The facial was so relaxing that I went to sleep during the treatment. My skin looks and feels great.
