Professional staff and environment and great list of services. VIP room (in photos) offers a relaxing place to wait and relax before an appointment. Last time in was with Charlotte and she did a great job. Make this a place to visit to work out tight muscles, back and neck.

We are so fortunate to have this Massage Envy franchise in Winchester. I signed up when they first opened, and have never looked back! I like the consistency of cleanliness and professionalism. Stacy is beyond amazing!!! She is thoughtful, and kind. I've been using her for several years, and can assure you that she is FANTASTIC! She always pays particular attention to areas that are giving me problems. She is very intuitive. Well done! Oh, and today I had a marvelous facial with Stephanie. It was the best facial I have ever had!!! State of the art! Go!!! Go now!!

I used to love coming here, especially to see one particular therapist (I won’t name names). Unfortunately, she consistently arrived about 10 minutes late to every session. To avoid wasting any more time, I would quickly get undressed and ready—only to wait another 5–6 minutes before the massage actually began. To make matters worse, the sessions always ended 5–10 minutes early without fail. With the recent price increase and the fact that I always tip generously, this ongoing issue is making me seriously consider cancelling my membership.

I would give them negative stars if I could. First I want to state that I scheduled this as a treat for myself for the first time in 3 years since my son was born and was really looking forward to it. Front desk staff was extremely rude. I worked retail for 8 years prior to this and it took everything in me not to lose my temper. I called and scheduled an appointment here by accident. I thought that I had scheduled it with hand foot and stone. My mistake I understand this, however, at no time in our phone interaction did the staff member mention that I had called Massage Envy. Furthermore, I was not sent any kind of follow up after I scheduled the appointment to indicate where or when I had scheduled it. So I showed up at the wrong place. Amazing experience with Stephanie at check-in/check-out and Matt as the massage therapist. Both were incredibly kind and great at their jobs. Matt listened to everything I said and tailored the session to my needs. He is incredibly talented at his job and I absolutely intend to go back, I already have a 2 week follow up scheduled 🙂
