Massage Envy

I normally do not post reviews, but I do not want anyone else to deal with the same situation I experienced. If you have credits, do not rely on this location to honor them as you are told. When I called ahead to ask, I was explicitly told over the phone that I could use my credits. However, when I arrived, I was then told I could only use a credit once every six months, even though I currently have twenty five available credits. At that point, they tried to get me to pay out of pocket for the service, despite the fact that I already pay monthly for credits. Had this alleged six month policy been communicated upfront, I would have been completely understanding. Instead, it was not mentioned until I was already there, which felt misleading and honestly scam like. I chose to leave and did

Ask for rose!! She did such a great job. She was so sweet, so kind, and so good. I didn’t even realize how tight my shoulders were until she helped relax them so much. She also had a really calming energy and I just felt safe and comfortable. The receptionist was also kind and helpful. I already scheduled again with rose. <333

They constantly cancel appts, when you have a bunch of massages built up in order to freeze your account you have to pay $20 a month which use to be $10. If you want to give a massage away you have to pay $10 unless that went up! Not worth signing up for esp when you can’t get appointments and when you do they cancel!!

Had an appt with Jessica and she finally came to get me 25 minutes after my appointment time. She asked if I had somewhere to be, and I just said it would have been nice if they would have called to tell me they were running so late since I planned my day around it. She said we could reschedule, and I said I'm here now, let's do it. And she said no why dont we reschedule. Um sure. I guess she wanted to get back on schedule for her next client. She also said the service would only take 30 minutes, but the scheduling block was for 60 minutes. Was she going to skip parts of the service because she knew I was on a schedule? Went here for a facial, super pleased with the aesthetician, Jessica, she was fantastic and very careful and thorough with what she was putting on my face. My struggles came from the front desk…I called ahead to see if this location was participating in the 50% off facials and the girl told me yes and the base rate was $75 and then half off would be applied at the store meaning it would be $37.50. I get there and I get my facial and then I come out and the manager says “you’re good, it’s charged to the card on file” I asked how much it was and he said $75 and I asked if it was the half off price and he said yes yours was $125 and now it’s $75. Paying wasn’t the problem, it was being told a price on the phone and paying more when I got there. I had no problem paying for the service just did
