Massage Envy

If it were possible to do a zero star, I definitely would my sweet friend gifted me an hour credit there which means I could’ve gotten a facial a stretch or a massage. I chose to get the massage which was supposed to be for one hour I added on a foot scrub. My appointment was at 6 PM. I arrived at 5:54 a couple minutes early in case I needed to do some forms. They sent me in a quiet room that was not quiet at all. She comes back there at 6:14 for me to fill out some forms on the iPad. The therapist doesn’t come and get me till 622 takes me into the very first room, which is very tiny by the way. The knocks on the door three times before I can even get my shoes or my bottoms off trying to come in so he started at 6:25 and told me immediately that he was gonna have to rush through the servic

This was my first time at massage envy. I got a massage from Ricky & a facial from Cindy. Rickey literally itched my soul & Cindy was so sweet & extremely informative. My face is literally glowing, feeling so hydrated & rejuvenated 1000/10. Cannot recommend them enough.

Went in for my first ever massage as my mothers day present. Wow what an experience. I saw Vivian and she was incredible. I was feeling a bit insecure going into it, but she made me feel so comfortable and was extremely reassuring. I initially signed up for medium pressure, but she went in as deep as I needed, and it was pain free. If you are a first timer and are intimidated about the idea of deep tissue, definitely see Vivian. She knows what she's doing!

I had an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience when calling this location to inquire about booking an appointment. The receptionist, Michaela (also referred to as Makayla), was dismissive, spoke in an unprofessional manner, and repeatedly talked over me instead of listening. At one point, she repeated what I said back to me in a mocking tone, which I found disrespectful and inappropriate. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable and completely undermined my trust in the professionalism of this location, so I chose not to book an appointment. I later spoke with a manager about the incident, but the response did not give me confidence that the issue would be taken seriously or addressed. I absolutely loved Dayvonti . He attended to me very well. I explained to him that I recently pulled a muscle and I was just in pain from that. He exceeded my expectations. I will be back. Thank you so much massage envy. Worth the travel !
