Massage Envy

Do not get a membership. They treat their employees horribly. Stating policies are in effect for their providers… but I know that to not be true. Find someone who provides these types of services as an individual provider so the $ goes to the person doing the actual work. Experienced this in two separate scenarios - raised price for firm pressure massages due to the work and wear and tear on therapist body - just a portion went to therapist. Today had to cancel - first time ever because woke up with a fever. Charging me a full service because that is how a therapist makes their money… yes, their shitty hourly rate. The owners pocket the rest of that money. The therapists make their money through tips.

It is so worth the membership price every month to look forward to a facial or massage when it’s convenient for you. I have some months where I am unable to make any appointments due to my busy schedule, but all the credits stack up and you can use them for longer massages or more appointments. I have even gifted some credits I haven’t been able to use for myself. Overall it’s a wonderful system. My only constructive criticism would be that lately they have been booked out for almost a month. You can be added to a cancellation list, which is nice, but not guaranteed. Maybe just a suggestion to have additional incentives for employees and new hires. I will be continuing to utilize their wonderful services! Alexis in Webster does my facials and she is always so patient and kind with helping

5-Adrienne was great! Felt very relaxed and pressure level was so good I had to ask to lighten. I like firm pressure. Most people do not do as firm as i like it. Adrienne did! Very therapeutic. I will def by going back to her again! Wish i booked a 90 min with her!!

I saw ChrisV for a deep tissue massage. He is very skilled, taught me some stretches to help keep my muscles looser, and overall was very pleasant and professional. The only problem being he's booked out so far... he recommended I come back in 3 weeks but I can't get in with him for at least 3 months 😔

My first massage. Adrienne made me feel comfortable. She explained everything she would be doing, asked me how I was throughout massage. It was a good first experience. I would go back to ME. Girls at front desk are friendly helpful too. Thank you all.
