Massage Envy

If you are looking for a massage as more of a physical therapy type exercise over a relaxation type thing, you have to see Michael. I've probably had over 100+ massages over the past 15 years and I always tell them the area I really need focus on and that I'd like firm pressure. I've only ever had one masseuse do it how I asked until I just had this massage with Michael last night. This man knows muscles and how they interconnect. He had firm pressure but not so firm that I felt any pain. I was very impressed, and 100% will go to him again. My upper back is completely released from all the stress I've been carrying for the past few months. I'm grateful to him!!! Called and ordered a gift card for this location as a birthday gift. They were running a holiday promotion and said they can mail it to me in Philly. I said I needed it in time for a birthday gift 2 weeks later and they said it was no problem at all. They were very nice and helpful. Well, here we are, two weeks later - no gift card. I called twice and they said they sent it via UPS but there was no tracking. Called me back and said that UPS told them it would take 2-4 weeks because of the holiday but they would have no way of knowing that and they never mail gift cards so this is all new to them - which is why I'm baffled that the woman sold it to me over the phone with an offer to mail it to me?? Everything about this gift card over the past two weeks has been stressful and wonky and hone

After my December appointment was cancelled same day, (the 6th time in 6 months), this morning I arrived to a locked establishment with my therapist also locked outside. Zero faith in this location.

Rosemary is truly fantastic at the Massage Envy Wayne location!! She is courteous, knowledgeable, and a wonderful massage therapist! I book with her each time and it never disappoints! I will continue to come back each time for one of her incredible massages!

Definitely was very satisfying I enjoyed the time I was there really needed a massage rose Mary was excellent in what she did was very professional and polite. Definitely will look in to getting more services. The front desk was very helpful from start to finish
