Updated Review (9/27/25): We are revising our rating from one star to five stars following exceptional service from the new ownership of Massage Envy in Valencia. The new owners promptly addressed a gift card issue from a prior transaction under previous management, taking full responsibility despite the oversight not being theirs. They went above and beyond, covering the mistake at their own expense, demonstrating integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. We sincerely appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend this location under its new management.

I have been going to Massage Envy on a recommendation of a friend/co-worker. I signed up as a member. I see Kevin at the Valencia location. Kevin is the BEST!! I have seen him from the beginning and it’s been over a year. Kevin is professional, respectful, and thoughtful. I would totally recommend seeing Kevin for a massage. I see Kevin ONLY, when he’s out I don’t go. I always feel great walking out of there. Kevin definitely deserves a 5 star review.

I wanted to give a shout out to the team at Massage Envy here in Valencia. From calling to make my appointment, walking in the door, getting my massage and leaving. It was a very friendly, relaxing experience. I left feeling relaxed and less tense than when I walked in. I wanted to give an extra shout out to Rachael at the front desk, she’s always has a bright smile upon arriving and makes sure everything was okay upon leaving. I have been a member at ME for almost 10 years, and cannot say enough about Ana Marina who has been my regular therapist for a majority of my time here. Ana Marina has done wonders for my tight, stressed muscles over the years. Her knowledge of the body/muscles (including her motivation for continuous self training) and attention to detail have helped me immensely to the point where I just need to maintain. She takes the time to know her clients so she can address their needs and work towards healing. I have tried other therapists but I continue to book with Ana Marina based on her technique, consistency and provided results!

Kevin did a deep tissue massage for my son who is an athlete. My son was very happy with Kevin’s work and Kevin informed about the benefits of the service and add-ons that he asked for. Katelyn was so awesome doing my facial. She absolutely took care of my skin well and I felt refreshed afterwards. She was very friendly and informative regarding the procedures. I would recommend her for facial services. I am very pleased with the great improvements and staff at the Valencia location.
