Massage Envy

I can't recommend Massage Envy in Urbana enough! My therapist, Hannah, is absolutely amazing. She's extremely professional and highly skilled. Hannah is always prompt and very detailed in her work, consistently checking in to ensure the pressure is comfortable. She's the best therapist I've ever had—just incredibly awesome at what she does. It's also worth mentioning this is the cleanest Massage Envy I've ever been to. It's welcoming and often beautifully decorated with seasonal themes. The front desk staff is so friendly and professional, especially Vanessa. Katie, who I believe is the manager, has gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a client. Katie really cares about the clients' experience, the ambiance, and overall look of the place. I love that they call to confirm you

I had facials at this location by Anna & Tess and each visit is a 10/10. They are both extremely nice, knowledgeable and gave a very relaxing facial. I always countdown to my next visit. The girls at the reception desk are also very friendly, which is always important to me

I have had a good experience in the past but my most recent visit was definitely not great. Upon arrival the from desk check me in and pointed me to the door, normally they walk you back (not a huge deal but a little unprofessional). Booked a 90 minute facial - facial started later than booked and ended on time, the esthetician left the room multiple times to restock items, and the facial massage was done with gloves on. I have had a lot of facials and never massages with gloves, it’s not the best feeling. Probably won’t be back and will try a different massage envy in the future.

Had a wonderful first visit at this Massage Envy location! From the time you step in the door to leaving, the service and atmosphere is very pleasant. Anna was so kind and answered all the skin care/beauty questions I had during the session. 100% recommend!

I religiously get massages with Hannah because she is amazing! I had surgery on my spine a few weeks ago, and this was my first visit back since then. I briefly went over some areas to avoid, and that's all she needed to give yet another amazing massage. I can not rave about her enough! There's a reason I book months in advance to make sure I am able to get her.
