Massage Envy

I booked a one hour massage, arrived 15 mins early per their request. Massage started promptly at the time booked, but ended after 45 mins. The massage therapist left the room so quickly, I assumed she was coming back. She didn't. I was charged $130 for the one hour massage and received a 45 minute massage. I was then subjected to a sit-down sales pitch with a monthly fee. I get regular massages, but won't return to this place.

I had a 60 minute facial. It was average, nothing special. One thing I really didn't like about it was constant change from warm towel to cold cream on my face. I'd go from warm and cozy to chilled and back again. Also, when I went to check out I was given a hard sales pitch by two different people. Not okay.

My husband booked a couple’s massage for both of us for my birthday and even called to confirm, but when we arrived, they said the booking was only for one person. They claimed he had only booked for one and just asked about the couple’s massage but didn’t actually reserve it. It was kind of disappointing because we were really looking forward to it. Aside from that, the lady who did my massage “sorry I can’t remember her name” was absolutely amazing, and I felt so relaxed afterward.

Massage Envy runs a solid operation, but Kiara takes it to another level. Total pro—locked in, efficient, and sharp from start to finish. She handled every detail without missing a beat, kept the flow smooth, and made sure nothing got in the way of the experience. No extra talk, no wasted motion—just clean execution and serious focus. That’s how you know you’re dealing with someone who gets it. Kiara’s got the kind of presence that turns a good session into a great one. Respect where it’s due. She crushed it.

She skillfully relieved the pain I was experiencing, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Lindsey to anyone in need of a top-notch massage therapist. I'll definitely be returning.
