Massage Envy

Tammy!!! She gave me the best deep tissue massage of my life! I recommend her 2 hour deep massage. I was having bad headaches that went down my neck and shoulder. That's how I met Tammy to help work that pain out. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Polite, sweet, best conversations, overall I'd give her more than 5 stars but that's all I'm allowed to give! She is a dream come true! I bought a membership because of her performance!

I had a massage scheduled and drove 20 minutes to get there. Only to find out the therapist had called out sick. No one called so I wasted my time. If I don't cancel within 24 hours, I get charged. But for them it was, oh sorry....

Awesome spa and massage place in Tomball. It's a large chain and they know what they're doing. There is plenty of massage therapists on staff enabling a relatively open schedule. Other smaller places in Tomball have a long wait list because they only have 1-3 therapists. Not so at ME, where I am usually able to book appointments just a day or two out. They are open early and stay late. You can also set up a subscription plan. The massage therapists I've had have been awesome. If there's one improvement to make it would be asking the therapists to discuss intra-massage stretches and your body condition after the massage - like an after-session consultation.

I had planned this in advance for after I completed the Texas Ironman. Very disappointed in the professionalism of the staff and the management. First, they tried to cancel, and I do understand things arise, finally they decided to move forward with the massage. The masseuse was very rude and twice I mentioned focal points which she completely ignored. She was constantly sighing, as if I was bothering her. Overall experience was just terrible. I tried to talk to the lady at checkout, but no one seemed to care. All I got was excuses. She had already had me prepay and tip before the massage. I would not have tipped that massage at all. I have been to other Massage Envy's , but I would not recommend this place at all.
