Destiny is the best front desk person this location has ever had. She is friendly and professional. David is an amazing massage therapist. I always feel great after my session with him!

I had a great experience with my therapist, Aryan! He asked a lot of questions during the consultation and understood my problem areas. He gave a firm, focused massage that left me feeling relaxed. While he no longer does deep tissue massages (which is the reason I wanted this massage), his firm pressure and ability to target specific areas was sufficient. I also noticed there aren’t many therapists or openings available for deep tissue at this location, so I really appreciated the effort he put into making sure I got the relief I needed. He was very friendly and professional which made me feel at ease. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of my interaction at the front desk afterward. Kim did a great job loosening my upper back; it was very tight. She used firm pressure where needed (though she's listed under medium), and medium everywhere else on my back, neck, arms and legs. Lower back/glutes were not included. Overall, she's very good.

I have been a part of the Massage Envy family for years (Oxnard, Camarillo, and TO). I have been going to Kimberly for the last 2 or 3 years, and she has always been professional with a very caring attitude. If you're new and can't figure out which massage therapist to choose, you can never go wrong with Kim (medium to hard massage).

Therapist has trouble with massaging the feet, hands, scalp, thighs and lower back. When told an area she is massaging hurts, she continues to massage at same pressure/form. Therapist needs to be comfortable with massaging clients on the areas listed before a client is expected to pay for a body massage.
