Massage Envy

I recently visited this location and received my service without issue. The massage therapist is one of my favorites and consistently provides excellent care. I had also just signed up for a 12-month membership, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I now sadly regret that decision. When it was time to pay, my card declined. I immediately explained that I had another card in my car and would return within five minutes. The staff already had my phone number, address, photo ID, and payment information on file. The manager on duty responded by threatening to call the police. She also demanded that I leave my cellphone at the front desk to “ensure” I would return. I declined. Well, after speaking with the manager at the Surprise, AZ location advising how horrible my experience was, she literally had nothing to say but chuckled and told me that the person I had is her masseuse…I’m so damn confused. What do that have do with my experience???? I was looking to renew my membership and give them another try for 2026. I quickly remembered why I didn’t continue with this location. Don’t waste your time dealing with them folks at the Surprise location. I will gladly drive to massage elements which has a grand opening!!Maggie is the worst person in customer service very unprofessional. It was definitely giving Karen.

Just experienced my first full body massage by Seth and he was absolutely amazing very informative and gentle and I feel brand new ! Ava the receptionist was also very sweet and kind and very knowledgeable and helpful. Best self care ever, definitely will be returning.

Went in for a massage today and Bader did an amazing job. He was super attentive the entire time and delivered one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

I called to get the balance on a gift card I was given for Christmas and they told me because I'm not a member I would need to GO IN PERSON to get the balance! I then proceeded to call the Peoria location and she gave me the balance in 1 minute flat! Hmmmmmm.....lazy much!?!
