Madison is the best aesthetician that I have ever known. She is totally responsive to my concerns. She adjusts my facial skin care program proactively (ex: if I am going to be going on a beach vacation in a few months, she “prepares” my skin for the extra sun, chlorine, and saltwater exposure.). She also provides me with suggestions on no-fuss skin care when traveling. She is always professional, but very personable. She explains every product, application, and process thoroughly to me. My skin is in great condition - thanks to her!

I’ve been a loyal member for over five years at massage envy and have always appreciated the aestheticians but my recent experience with the customer service was unacceptable. Due to health reasons, I missed my appointment and when I was willing to restart my service I was charged the full non member fee much higher than the member rate for an appointment I couldn’t even attend. I would have been willing to accept the charge if the situation had been handled with empathy but the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending. The tone and attitude were completely disrespectful. Her behavior was so unprofessional that it genuinely made my day worse. After years of loyalty, I deserve basic respect and understanding. I had a great experience at Massage Envy in Sunnyvale. Check-in was fast and simple, which I really appreciated. The massage itself was pleasant and deep—exactly what I needed for my back pain - Thank you, Fenghua! The massage room was private and cozy, with relaxing music playing throughout the session. Overall, a very comfortable and professional experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had a really good massage with Lily. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to work on areas that needed extra focus. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling relaxed without being sore afterward. The session felt well-paced and thoughtful, not rushed. Overall, a solid, enjoyable experience.

Jenny is the best massage therapist I ever had. She is the “knot” master. She’ll find them and work them until you feel like a teenager again. She is very talented. Thank you Jenny.
