If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is a complete rip-off and only cares about taking your money. The customer service is nonexistent. I made the mistake of signing up for a membership when I was seven months pregnant. After having my baby, I obviously had zero time to come in for massages. Fast-forward to now, and I’m sitting on 41 UNUSED massages. I didn’t cancel earlier because I didn’t want to lose all that money, but I finally accepted that I will never realistically be able to use them. When I went to cancel, they told me I only had 60 DAYS to use all 41 massages. That is absolutely insane. I asked for a little flexibility — not a year, not anything crazy — just 4–6 months. Had a facial with Emily and it was absolutely incredible. First off, she's the sweetest. She was so down to earth and explained everything she was doing in great detail, but in a calming way, making me feel comfortable with the whole process. She has such a gentle touch.
