I scheduled an appointment for a stretch session yesterday. It was a gift for my birthday. I was contacted about an hour prior by a male receptionist because the therapist was having car trouble and was not going to make it in. I rescheduled for today with the same therapist. When I arrived for my appointment, not only was i not scheduled, but the therapist was not in either. I have never had issues with appointments, but recently, in addition to today’s issue, I’ve had appointments that I made in their app abruptly canceled. Their policies are very one sided. If you cancel within 24 hours you lose your credit or they collect the payment anyway for the cancellation, but if they cancel, you get nothing in return for wasting your time and gas in going to your appointment. I didn’t book an appointment. I never gave them my card info or anyone permission to use my card. Yet somehow I was charged $175 today. Will they do anything to help? No. Thieves. So charge back it is but be certain that the flyers I’m having made to share across Sterling will spell out exactly what happened.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had. I had scheduled an appointment for a facial massage; however, what I received was far from my expectations. The treatment involved the application of 3 to 4 different creams on my face, without any actual massage or facial treatment. The technician primarily focused on applying and removing these creams, with minimal attention given to my facial area. Although my arms were massaged, this was not the service I intended to receive, as my appointment was specifically for a facial massage. I left this location in tears because never ever in my life have I been this dismissed and made to feel so unheard. I booked an appointment with this sterling location (my first time at this location) and as I usually do, I booked through the app and specifically filtered for female therapists. The therapists name I booked is Baha. As you can tell, that’s a gender ambiguous name especially being a foreign name. I got there, checked in and when the therapist came to get me and I realized it was a man, i politely said to him “oh I’m so sorry I believe I filtered for a female therapist”. He was very courteous and led me to the front to let the staff know. I told the front desk associate, Sophia, if I could reschedule. She let me know that the only 2 female therapist that worked at that loca

It's such a big scam. The staff is a hit or a miss. If it's a miss u'll have such a hard time with them. I got their membership and got a massage. On the day of, I had questions and asked them to call me. No one called. When I called back they said they would charge me but I can get it sorted with their manager who would call me. The manager never called and they suspended my account. They gave me no heads-up. There is no loyalty towards members. It's not worth the money. There are better cheaper options. I went to the pink store called blush next to it. It was so much better and cheaper. The staff was humble, friendly and very very caring. So save it money and just go to the other massage places next to it.
