Please beware! Their practices seem very predatory and deceptive. My mother was convinced to sign a contract for a "wellness package" that she didn't understand and didn't know they would keep charging her. They had no problem charging her for over 2 years without any activity on the account without even a single call or contact attempt to remind her she has massages she can use. When we tried to fix it and asked for details about how these "credits" could be used and how it could be cancelled, they only gave us half the information, causing her to be charged more. Apparently they want you to come in sick as well because when she was sick and called to cancel, she was not only charged the full price, she was charged a "premium" on top of that. Be aware of their cancellation policy. I made an appointment for my birthday day of and plans changed to hang out with family. They charged me full price for not being able to make it
Went here because my brother got me a gift card for here, the massage I got was nice but that's not the reason for the 1 star. After the massage they automatically started trying to put me on their monthly schedule, I said no I don't have money for that (I'm a stay at home mom with no income I rely on my family) the woman working the desk talked me into their membership because the first month was free. She said because I lived more than 30 miles from the location that I could cancel any time and still use any massages I had left over within 60 days of cancelling. I figured I had a little bit saved up and I'd use that for the month after my free one then cancel (because they said I COULD). The therapist i had for a massage very good. He put me to sleep about 20 minutes in. Gave him a nice tip.
