Was warmly welcomed by front staff. Massage was excellent, with great emphasis put on my ever changing pressure preferences. The sense of professionalism and expertise permeated the experience. I will certainly return to the Silver Springs location.

Kenneth is an exceptional stretch therapist—immensely knowledgeable about human anatomy and incredibly skilled at what he does. He approaches each session with the expertise of a physical or occupational therapist, taking the time to understand my movement patterns, limitations, and goals. What really stood out to me was his diagnostic ability. Kenneth doesn’t just go through the motions—he identifies root causes, explains his recommendations clearly, and makes sure I understand both the immediate benefits and the long-term plan. Great service and super easy to find an available appointment. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, and they also offered optional upgrades. The massage itself was excellent—Salena took the time to ask thoughtful questions and really tailored the experience to my needs. I definitely recommend this location. There’s a parking garage right next door, and multiple bus stops are within a block, which makes it very convenient.

Angel truly embodies her name, she is the most helpful, caring, and personable person across the many massage envy locations I have visited over the past decade across three states! She is very knowledgeable and a wonderful first and last interaction every time I come in! Purvis is the most thorough masseuse I have encountered at massage envy. Every massage is extremely comprehensive and unique. As someone who lives a fairly active lifestyle the attention to detail is incredible. Since seeing him regularly I have noticed better quality of movement during workouts and less pain when I work on my feet all day! Love the team at DTSS Massage Envy!
