Massage Envy

I went into the back in January to buy gift cards. Maria accused me of having a stolen debit card because I am a Latina woman. She had the nerve to check my driver's license to make sure the name on my card and license matched. When I questioned her if that was necessary, she laughed and said there is no way a Spanish person can afford $500 in gift cards. No need for a call back, I will never go back to another Massage Envy again. Too bad the store was quiet and could have used my business.

Manager has horrible customer service and an “above all” attitude. I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times with no luck and now I am being told that I “owe” 3 months and will not be able to access the massages I have already paid for in advance. My first time going to this location was good, as to the reason I got the membership but every time after has been a nightmare. From late massage therapist and banging on the wall while trying to relax. I am completely over it. If you are struggling to get a refund with them, just dispute it with your bank. The staff is useless and rude.

Maria was very unprofessional—she was rude, dismissive, and more focused on demanding extra money than providing quality service. My credit card was charged without consent. I do not recommend this location or interacting with Maria. Very dishonest individual.

I will post a very poor review if Corporate Management does not do the right thing and return at least 2 of my 2 1/2 treatments not used because I was Never notified of the Medford location closing. I did take a picture of the door stating they were closed permanently. This was on the date of my appointments. Sadly disappointed! Please send this review to the highest person involved in such dilemma s. I thank you sincerely. 🙏🙏🙏

So normally I get a survey after my massage and am always honest but this time I did not and that is weird- been a number of days now. I bet it is probably because I told the front desk I would write a review. Anyways, had a massage with Justyne and it was the WORST MASSAGE EVER. She was so rude and judgmental- her bedside manner needs workkkkk. I asked for full body massage and so I laid down on my stomach and she did that- I informed her I have so many knots and if she could try to help that would be great. She did not get not one- she did not feel one. She kept saying I needed a 90 min massage- she kept talking throughout my massage when I was trying to relax my body and get comfortable. Her tone was rude. To be honest, she probably could not even feel my knots because I was not comfort
