Massage Envy

Alexis and the entire front of the house back of the house crew has the BEST vibe! We've gone to many locations since 2009 and this is by far the best. The therapists are all amazing, and EVERY time we run through the front door the group at the front is so warm!

I’ve only been here once, but based on my experience around San Diego, I would give a 3-star rating due to the customer service. It seemed like they were more focused on members only. The treatment itself wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what I was looking for in terms of long term care. Overall, it was a good experience. thank you.

Had a 60 min deep tissue with Niam and it was the MOST AMAZING MASSAGE I have ever had. I told her where my tension was which was causing me pain and she addressed every single thing. I have had others try to accomplish what she did, but could just never quite get it resolved. Niam knew exactly what she was doing and delivered on all of my expectations. I cried when I told my husband how much better I felt, mainly because I have never felt so seen and heard by a therapist before. They better hang onto her cause wherever she goes I am sure to follow.... a keeper for sure! :)

So I’ve been here a couple times now, the first time was great. This time definitely not. The guy was late by 15minutes, which was only a pain because I was on lunch break. He smelt of cigarettes which was incredibly unpleasant. It was a very odd beginning of like pinching my skin, which I’ve had A LOT of massages and never had that done. The rest of the massage was mediocre. And today (the day after) I still have a knot in my back preventing me from sleeping and moving. Not at all worth the $120 or the $40 tip but I didn’t have any change just 20s. I do not recommend this place for massages with a purpose. And especially if you’re paying non member prices!!

I have been a member of the Massage Envy using the Santee location for several years and have always found the Front desk staff pleasant and patient. Moreover, the therapists at this location are all very good at what they do and sensitive to needs and desires of how I want my massage done. I have found Gio to be outstanding and book future appointments in order to see him on a regular basis. Also recently I have used the services of Rosalina who is also top drawer in her craft. I will remain a member for as long as I’m able! The facility is decorated very nicely and had has a clean and calming look making the environment relaxing the minute I walked in the door. Thank you for a great experience.
