Most amazing experience. Front Desk reception area is stale and I can tell that they forced them to upsell memberships how many times they mentioned it before and after my massage. Decor and ambience was absolutely on point very tranquil and serene as you would expect for a massage location. Sophia the woman who completed my massage was absolutely professional and amazing at her job. I love how they have a seating area where you can wait with Salt rocks and calm music. They offer tea and water but somehow I was looking at the machine and it doesn’t offer hot water so why would they offer tea? Customer service is lacking at this location. Sophia hung up in MY FACE when trying to schedule a massage for my husband. She is not very patient at all. She said that I needed to call my home location to transfer a prepaid appointment to my husband and when I mentioned I didn’t remember having to do this before, she became combative and argumentative and hung up in my face. I called right back and got Sophia again and asked if the appointment could be scheduled now and the prepaid transferred later? She agreed and scheduled the appointment. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager sounded just like Sophia, and she stated she didn’t feel “comfortable” providing her name which makes me believe wholeheartedly that “Sophia” never actually grabbed THE manager. Don’t accidentally leave any valuables at this location because they will be GONE. Thought my masseuse Helen would have cleaned the room and brought my gold chain to the front desk after my session on 4/4/24, but that was naive of me to think. My chain given to be by my mother is now gone and will probably never be returned. Gone are the times where you could leave valuables behind and expect to get them back. All I have to now is a sour taste in my mouth and a pathetic apology. I am also quite puzzled at the response of the front desk worker, who when I called when I found out I left my chain behind told me to just come back the next day? Zero star! Just went in there to learn about membership option but the receptionist had so much attitude and was so rude to us. She seemed to be bothered by our questions. She then quickly told us we are fully booked and was not patient at all. I saw many open appointments on the website but she told us we are fully booked. Terrible customer service

I have been a Massage Envy member for almost 2 years and things were good until I decided to cancel the membership. So when I decided to cancel my membership, I had a few hours remaining on my account and accordingly decided to book a few services to settle my account. When I booked my last service for 60 minutes, I had 30 minutes on my account and I explicitly checked with the front desk lady sitting there if my remaining 30 minutes would be adjusted in this service since I won't be available to use those minutes anymore after that. She replied "of course! 30 minutes will get adjusted and you would only have to pay for remaining 30 minutes".
