Today I had a massage with Sarah because my therapist was sick. She was excellent. She was very mindful of my comfort level and found all my tension spots. I highly recommend her!

Jahaira is an amazing massage therapist, she's so personable and easy to talk to. Whether you book an hour or a 90 minute, it's worth every penny! Love her!

Customer service is awful. I needed to cancel my appointment because I got sick the day before my appointment. I called the morning of my appointment because I woke up feeling like crap knowing it was not a good idea to go in a get a massage risking getting someone else sick. But they were still going to charge be for my appointment because I did not give them a notice!!! Even though I am sick. It does not matter what your situation is if you don’t give a 48 hour notice you will be charged! That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!!! You can’t plan on getting sick or plan on any emergency!!! And the girl that answered the phone was not interested in doing anything to help me!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money here!!!!!

I receive regular massages and Katrina at this location is AMAZING! She’s asks the right questions and listens to my body. She is 100% the reason I signed up for the membership and continue to return to this location. Request her by name! Best massage you’ll ever get!

I try to visit Massage Envy once a week, and the only person I will book with is Katrina! Her massages are so relaxing, and she is such a kind person. I am dealing with temporary facial paralysis and she is so encouraging whenever I see her. Thank you for your constant encouragement and wonderful massages Katrina!!
