I’ve been with Massage Envy from the beginning. I was truly surprised not to be able to reach anyone to book an appointment. Your business hours are till 9pm and I’ve been calling since 8pm. I’ve left two messages and your answering machine states it’s Thanksgiving and you’re closed. Could you please be so kind and change your voicemail. Need someone from your location and contact me.

These girls are complete angels who work the desk and the massage therapist here I have never had one issue with. I always prefer a female and every single time they knock it out of the ballpark Genesis who works the front desk is such an angel and Chantal the manager I think she is? She is such a sweetheart too. 5 stars!
