Massage Envy

FULL TRANSPARENCY: I was seven minutes late. Maybe that is why he felt okay stopping five minutes early? 🧐Apparently I had the best therapist on the roster. You would think after 17 years, he would be able to read the client. Medium pressure, there are huge knots and you won’t affect them in this 60 (56) minute session. Out of the gate! Heavy pressure…I guess he couldn’t resist the knots.

I have been a member over 10 years the service fluctuates. The app to make a reservation rarely works so you have to make your appointments in person. It is very challenging to reach a live person at this location. You leave voicemails and no one returns your call. I have been using my membership at other locations because I can get someone to answer the phone and book an appt. Their therapist are great. The service at North Round Rock is not. Post Google review. I had the opportunity to meet with the local manager that assured they are working to improve. I will update here as the experience improves. The app still does not work. Reaching a live person has improved. I have not had to leave a voicemail in the past 3 months.

Geneva is fantastic! Visiting from out of town on a stressful trip, I was craving a quality deep tissue massage. The front desk recommended Geneva, and I was able to book just a few days out. I try to not get my hopes up with therapists I haven’t seen before (I admit it: I’m picky), but she was absolutely perfect. Her communication was excellent. She said at the beginning that she keeps talking to a minimum (thank you), but encouraged me to speak up if I wanted her to adjust pressure or give certain areas more attention. I barely said a thing the whole time — her pressure was spot on, and before I could ever say “yes, that spot please,” she was already sensing the tension with her hands and working her magic. The service has been good if they can keep an appointment. Twice I made appts in person after my service and when I arrived they had no record of it. I had to start getting them to give me an appt card. My last 2 appointments were cancelled 1 day prior to arriving with no availability that day or the next day. This was my weekly therapy it does me no good to have my appts cancelled. One of my massages was interrupted by an employee issue. I have absolutely no issue with that because it was for a good reason. My issue is that they forgot about me as a customer. No apologies no credit for my next session because they had to end my session abruptly. Customer service is not their strong suit. I left 100’s of dollars of credit at the Pflugerville location because they were awful and eventually

I just had the absolute best massage I’ve ever had. My first visit to Linda in Round Rock. She’s fantastic. I feel better than I have in a very long time. Thank you
