Massage Envy

I have been going many different places for massages and facials over the years and no place compares to Massage Envy in Ramsey. All staff members are polite and friendly. My massage therapist Katie is the best I’ve ever had. She’s thorough and is really good at releasing all my built up tension. 5 stars ⭐️

I have been going to massage envy Ramsey location for quite sometime. Amazingly nice vibe in the center, the front desk staff is very welcoming that makes start of whole experience perfect. Now about facial services that I take here, they are very good. I have been doing facial with Gazala and she is very good. Now I started going to Sabrina (since I can only go to certain days) and she is superb. I look forward for my sessions and my skin is better. Thank you!!

This was my first visit to this location, and I was using a free 60-minute Massage Envy coupon that was gifted to me by a member. Upon arrival, Roxanne at the front desk was ​delightful and professional. I presented the coupon, clearly stated I was not a member, and was told to present it again at checkout. Both are professional and listen to you, targeting areas of concern with strength and care. Polina gives the best facial, hands down, anywhere! You feel like family with your first step into the lobby - the staff is welcoming, fostering a laid back environment but ready to serve. You will not be disappointed!

Loved my first experience at massage Envy a couple weeks ago. I am happy that the reception area is separate from the therapeutic waiting area as other spas don't have this feature. After checking in, I feel hat is the start of the therapeutic experience and I don't want to hear about other people's payment processes or memberships. The therapist was fantastic in using different massage techniques and placing more attention to tension areas I identified at beginning of session. I left feeling a whole new person. Looking forward to the LED bed experience my next time I go. I signed up for a membership and am on the path to a year of wellness thanks massage envy!
