Massage Envy

My first massage was so amazing, I decided to get a monthly Plan! The Manager Carey has been extremely accommodating! Great Service, great staff! I highly recommend them!

I've been going to Massage Envy at Wayland Square for several years. The facility is always very clean, they play calming music in the waiting area, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have many good massage therapists to choose from, but for the past year I have been going to Pierre. Pierre is very attentive to the issues I'm having with certain muscles, and focuses on making sure he addresses the areas that are giving me pain or discomfort. He's very kind and caring, and I always leave feeling better. Massage Envy is reasonably priced and they run a business that is safe, friendly, and well-maintained.

Very disappointed with how things ended here. Been a client for almost 3 years and I love the staff but when it came time to cancel my membership they were not helpful and did not want to issue any refunds. Had to contact my bank, not a fun process! Please do better!
