Joel is amazing , he is always so professional , yet so down to earth. Always explains everything he is doing at each step of the facial . He is one who can suggest products but without putting any pressure on me to purchase. He has suggested a few things I did purchase and I love the products. I would go to no one else but him ....

I met Joel 2 yrs ago. He is amazing. He takes time to ask what I want and his manner is attentive not overbearing or pushy . His work is meticulous and my skin always feels and looks much better. Love love love his work

I arrived to my appointment today with rainy and icy conditions outside I did not cancel. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment at 10 AM with Eric only to find out from Dorian the manager that Eric is not feeling well and he’s going home. I said why didn’t you call me? Why would I come out in this weather if I’mnot getting a massage?Dorian said I am sorry, but I didn’t know, so I walked out angry and then I returned and I canceled my subscription with Massage Envy. I’m the one that opened Massage Envy many years ago under the older owners and I was there for many many years until I had to give it up because the manager in the front was terrible and she would book me for a massage for every week, but then she would take three appointments out and she leave me one for the month becau
