Massage Envy

I am extremely disappointed with the cancellation process at this location. We received written confirmation via email stating that we would be eligible to cancel our membership after honoring the 6th payment. After fulfilling that requirement, we called multiple times and were repeatedly assured that our cancellation request had been received and was being processed. Now, we are being told that our membership cannot be cancelled. This is despite the fact that we have written proof from the company confirming our eligibility to cancel and even providing us with their official cancellation form. Never in my life will I be stepping foot back in that establishment. Very rundown. The front wasn’t that bad but I did not appreciate not being greeted for 8 minutes. I understand he was on the phone but , he still could have said something to acknowledge my presence. When I walked into the back room with Kimberly, I was just in shock. The room had a dirty smell to it. It smelled cheesy in a way. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. It was very very rundown. Kimberly SHOULD NOT be a licensed massage therapist. Her fingernails were long and sharp so much to where I got scratched the entire time, I didn’t see you until after the massage that her fingernails were extremely dirty. Had appt for 4:30. I get taken back yo room at 4:40. I asked for the associate that gives deep firm massage. I wanted to focus on neck and back. She suggested full body. I said I really want to focus on the neck and back. She said ok. Good thing I did that. It felt like my grandkids were tapping on my back and spreading oil. Next thing I know is she was done. It was 4:40. There 60 minute massages are 40 minutes. I guess I went to another time zone. I went there with a gift card for $100.00. When I went to pay and asked her to tip the lady with the balance remaining. She said no you have to pay seperate. So now have a credit to use. They were trying to push memberships. Had a wonderful facial with Melania. It was simply wonderful. The atmosphere was great. I couldn’t say anything bad about anything. They were just awesome there. I would Recommend everyone to treat yourself to this facility!!

The staff are very friendly and professional. They make you feel welcomed. The young lady at the front desk was thorough and open to answering my questions. The place is clean and the setting gives you a calm and relaxed vibe. Melania was the lady that did my facial and it was an amazing experience. I will be going there again, and I will tell my family and friends what a great experience I had there.
