I scheduled a last minute facial, yesterday. My service provider was polite, attentive and did a great job: Janet. Upon checking out the office staff were effective, fun and all around fantastic. There names are Kirsty and Maggie. I felt comfortable enough to banter with them a bit. Upon hearing that the massage therapist that I wanted to book had a full schedule with no availability until June, Maggie offered her 90 minute massage time to me for next week! I insisted that she keep her appointment and thanked her. Before I knew it Kirsty handed me my appointment card with the therapist for next week. Wonderful! Had a gift card to use, and got a facial for the first time ever. The whole experience was excellent, from the greeting at the door, the offered beverage, the facial, and the clean environment. I've never felt so pampered, nor has my skin ever looked and felt this good. My husband kept remarking on my skin. He's going next. Morgan is a miracle worker! I'll be back; highly recommend!

Kristy is an exceptional and competent young lady. She listened intently and respectfully to my concerns. She has great communication and customer service skills. I was lucky to get Chris from a cancellation yesterday. She really is educated in knowing the pain points to be great at working them out. Hoping to be able to get her again in March before I head back to Ohio in April.
