Massage Envy

Horrible experience. The room was frozen solid. I imagine the masseuse's hands were freezing cold too, the oil was ice cold, and the massage was quick and awful. I was about to get up and leave, but out of respect for the masseuse, I didn't. It was horrible. I sent an email and didn't get a response. The experience was awful. I had to edit it because I can't reply to the answer you gave me... I sent two emails to the Plantation store and nobody replied... I was a member for three years, but because of this bad experience and your lack of concern, I will no longer be a member of Envy. I filed a complaint at the Kendall branch, which was the one I was assigned to, to cancel my membership, and nobody bothered to do anything. Horrible experience with Envy.

This location is poorly run by a bunch of children. The manager Taylor, is so dazed and confused and literally got stuck mid check out, slurring her words, eyes glossed over. Totally unprofessional. I had to ask 3 times for the balance on my giftcard and she still looked confused. I think she was on drugs. I Have been coming to this store for years the front hasn’t been the same since Jacquie and Char left. I love my girl Denise but I will be using other locations going forward. Really bad look for business.

I went to this location and Debrah was awful. I left with no massage and no refund. The lady at the front desk was super nice but that Debrah should be fired. Never in my life have I experienced something so trashy.

My massage therapist did a good job, but was 8 minutes late bringing me in and ended early (even if she had started on time) My husband was taken in earlier then I was, and I sat waiting for him to come out while I was already done. We were scheduled to start and finish at the same time. The aggravation over that ruined what had been a relaxing massage.

Taylor is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me figure out multiple situations. Thank you so much Taylor, your a rock star and a true assist to your establisment.
