Massage Envy

I had a great experience at this Massage Envy location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional and welcoming. Alexa was incredibly courteous and attentive—she took the time to walk me through the membership options and answered all of my questions clearly, without any pressure. It made the process really easy to understand. I also spoke with Mayuri, the manager, who was just as professional and pleasant to deal with. You can tell that this location values good customer service and runs things smoothly. I’ve been to other Massage Envy locations before, but I’ll be returning to this one because of the exceptional service from both Alexa and Mayuri. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member at Massage Envy in Plainview for about three years now, and I can honestly say that Mayuri and Lois are the reason I keep coming back. From day one, they made me feel completely at home. Walking in doesn’t feel like walking into a big franchise — it feels like walking into a place where people actually know you and care. They’re incredibly sweet, helpful, and so easy to talk to. Nothing ever feels salesy or pushed; they’re just genuinely good people who know the business inside and out and always try to help however they can. This isn’t even the closest Massage Envy to my house, but I’ll happily drive the extra miles just to be greeted by them. They bring such a warm, welcoming energy that makes the whole experience better. Plainview is truly lucky to have them.

I went to Massage Envy to receive a facial. I was convinced by the manager Mayuri to schedule a massage as well to use up my gift card. I was so happy with my services!! Highly Recommend this location. The staff is very welcoming and the facialist was excellent as well.

This place is amazing! All the staff are extremely kind and professional. The environment is very relaxing and clean! The manager, Mayuri, was very friendly and welcoming! My massage was great as well, will definitely be back. 10/10

While the therapists have been great the management was less than accommodating. My wife purchased a membership so I can have massage’s for six months. The app was extremely difficult to navigate and the availability was less than we anticipated. Be very careful if you plan on signing up as my experience was frustrating to say the least. I was give 60 days to use my last massage and one day too late we were out the money. My advice is to read the fine print as they will not do it for you. Thumbs down.
