Had an amazing experience at this massage envy! Cheryl was phenomenal. She was extremely good at her job and the massage was so relaxing. I have chronic migraines with tension headaches, and had been struggling with one for 6 days prior to my appointment so as a final desperate attempt to break the cycle I booked a 90 min massage for 1/26/26. Cheryl helped me significantly and by the next day I had relief! She listened to my concerns, was very kind, she knew exactly where to stretch and manipulate to help relax the muscles that were so tense. The heated massage table was a big plus too. I’ve been a member of ME for well over a decade and have occasionally had trouble connecting with a therapist so I thought I would give this location a try. This location is immaculate! The bathrooms are well kept and well stocked. The front desk is very friendly and professional. I scheduled a massage for relaxation with Eugene. After a brief discussion, he connected the dots of muscles to provide relief in my upper back. Needless to say, it was mission accomplished and I feel relaxed and tension free.

So I came to this location because the one closer to my house did not have great reviews and let me tell you Palatine did not disappoint. I requested Laura who was highly recommended via the reviews I seen on here and she was amazing! I literally have no complaints. I’ve been to multiple locations in multiple cities and this is by far my best experience. I will be back for you Laura! Thank you.

Serena did a wonderful job helping me with my face. You can tell she really cares and she also reccomended some products that have already made a difference. Rocelyn at the front desk is always so pleasant to talk to as well with her kind, cheerful self! Best massage envy i have been to!! Definitely will be back <3

Zoe, the therapist, provides exceptional facials with a soothing hand massage. She's incredibly professional and handles our skin with utmost care.
