Massage Envy

Hands down (pun intended) Lindsay is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I debated leaving a review because she’s always booked solid as it is, but I just know it will make her day and she will make some else feel better who also needs the relief. I’ve worked in the spa industry myself for over 17 years and have never had a consistently therapeutic massage before seeing Lindsay. I was hit in a car accident in 2023 which herniated T1 and T2 and causes daily pain. Massage therapy has been part of recovery that I initially received very little relief from. I’ve been seeing Lindsay since the middle of 2024 and since I have increased range of motion, decreased migraines I was suffering from and decreased pain in my neck and back. She has healing hands!

Follow-up 2: Just tried to report them to Better Business Bureau and the BBB doesn't even recognize them as a business. Why am I not surprised. Follow-up: They continued to charge me a monthly fee for massages; so yesterday I called to see how many massages I had due. They said 2.5; so I made an appt at the Sanford ME. Then a get a call saying that Orange City ME had a problem with a charge and Sanford couldn't take me. I asked why since I had two paid massages banked and she said it didn't matter. They couldn't take me even though they admitted I had paid already for massages. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I have now disputing the last charge put through. I booked a facial for my mom’s birthday. She said the facial was okay, but she wished there had been more of a friendly interaction like a pampered feel instead of a basic walk in experience.

Thanks to Tom my masseuse I’m feeling much better!! Being older has brought on some aches and pains. Thanks Tom and the rest of the super nice staff at the Orange City Message Envy for making feel like I’m on cloud 9.

I had a 90 minute massage scheduled with Lindsey, and this was my first time to this location. This location is conveniently located, and it is really nice inside. They have nice displays of their products and very friendly and attentive front desk staff. It definitely gives off a relaxation vibe. I have been going to Massage Envy off and on for the last 10 years. I had the best massage of my entire life today. Lindsey has a calming energy about her that really helps with relaxation during the massage. Thank you so much for an awesome massage, book with Lindsey, you won’t regret it!
