Over three years ago, I had a chemical peel performed by an esthetician at this Massage Envy location that resulted in a chemical burn to my face. I am still dealing with the effects of that injury today — including chronic hyperpigmentation and skin damage that I did not have before the service. What makes this even more concerning is that to this day, I do not know what chemical was used on my face. I was never informed of the name, strength, and I have not been able to obtain that information afterward, despite the fact that I experienced an injury from the service. A client should never leave a skincare appointment with a burn and no knowledge of what was applied to their skin — especially when that injury has caused long-term consequences lasting years. I’ve had good massages from various therapists at this location. However, for 3 months in a row, the provider cancelled the massage the same day (Michelle Ann and Tyneisha). While I understand that things happen and management is apologetic, 3x in a row is ridiculous, especially since I arrange childcare ahead of time. I unfortunately have to cancel my membership and would advise against anyone signing up for a membership at this location because you won’t be able to keep appointments! My monthly “credits” continue to stack up and as much as I would like to use them I can’t due to the constant last minute cancellations.

Keira is truly the best aesthetician! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, so kind, and always provides amazing care. She takes her time at every appointment and makes you feel comfortable, heard, and glowing when you leave. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to improve their skincare.

Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days. I scheduled an appointment for my husband's birthday and was called about 2 hours beforehand being told that it was canceled because the therapist called out. Sucks as we had our scheduled arranged around that appointment and it was my surprise gift for my husband. If we as customers cancel in less than 24 hours, their policy says they will charge us 50% of our appointment. And if we're a no show, they will charge us a 100% for our appointment. When I asked if accommodations could be made when it's the other way around, I was told I could not get any discount 10%, nothing for a recheduled appointment. Unable to get appointments. They collect money every month but cannot keep up with demand. They do not have enough appointments especially for working individuals that need nights and weekends. When I did get and appointments, the therapist called out at the last minute. This has happened several times. When you ask to speak to someone in leadership they are slow to respond to requests and you need to make several calls before someone calls you back
