Massage Envy

I booked a massage this past weekend with Crystal, and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had.In my life. I have had many massages at various high end spas and cruise lines that cannot compare. I have been to this location many times and have never become a member as I usually just come when I have gift cards or book on a whim. The massage I received from crystal is actually making me consider purchasing a massage package. Crystal listened to my needs about my problemed areas and focused on them with the perfect amount of pressure and worked out all of my kinks. She is amazing!

At 55 years old, my wife talked me into getting a facial with her. I was skeptical, but tried to keep an open mind. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a great, relaxing time. Everyone was super helpful and explained everything as it was happening. I was asked often about my comfort level, which was great every time. I was scheduled for 90 minutes and I couldn't believe it when she said she was finished. Overall I loved it and can't wait for the next one. I don't think my face has ever looked this clean and healthy.

Absolutely Incredible is an understatement The staff is absolutely amazing, they truly care about your issues . I came to Massage Envy with a back and hip issue that I really felt may never be right .I received a therapist from heaven Chrystal and she made it her personal mission to get my body going in the right direction. I feel like a different person today then I did before I walked in to Massage Envy. Thank you so much Chrystal and Massage Envy

I have previously attempted to schedule multiple appointments; however, there was no availability. Additionally, I repeatedly requested to "cancel my membership," yet they impose various obstacles to prevent this process from proceeding smoothly.

Whenever I try to book appointments, it's usually a week or more out, and the times are the most inconvenient. I probably have 8 to 10 massages left in my package. My mistake.
