Massage Envy

Outstanding first experience at the PGA Massage Envy! My wife and I both went for an introductory massage and look forward to our monthly massages now. Shayla at the front desk is a lovely and beautiful first impression of the company. She is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. Thank you.

Went for a regular basic facial and their new esthetician, Rachel, did the facial. Used a machine during the facial saying it was a light exfoliant. Saian machine I found out later, which is basically dermaplaning. She left marks, scratches all over my face. Had to go to the dermatologist. Still trying to heal almost a month after. Please do not let this machine be used on you. When I called they have completely dismissed it. I have been going for facials to massage envy for 7 years and never experienced this. They should not allow an unexperienced esthetician to use that on your face. Also, They should inform the customer of what exactly they are using on their face during the facial. Also, I was never aware that massage envy had a device like this. Its not even on their website.

Massage was good, and the therapist was very considerate. The introductory Price was average for the area, and the membership package prices are not a substantial savings in my opinion. The front desk experience both before and after really took the enjoyment away. Filling out multiple forms that ultimately weren't used and then getting a generic sales pitch just didn't do it for me.

Tory is great and gave excellent treatment to my body. She asks and then knows exactly what is needed. I highly recommend Tory !! Jean

Mina is the best. Always does a great job fixing any issues I have. I Highly recommend her if you have any aches or pains.
