Massage Envy

Annette is awesome. Always enjoyed her massages. But their business practices are unethical. Its easy to join this club but extremely difficult to quit. I was on a $20.00 Freeze plus for 3 mos. Donna, the mgr was alerted to my desire to quit. After 3 mos, I then was charged $85.00. I was livid. Called her and requested the $85.00 be refunded. She said she couldn't do that. I told her her business practices are a scam. She said I had 6 massages left and could use them in 60 days. I am so turned off by that place that I'll never go there again and regret the day I signed up. Total rip off. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I had my first appointment with Mark and he was WONDERFUL . He’s very thorough in explaining the process of the services . He made a very comfortable and relaxing service and I left my appointment feeling better than I could have imagined ! I will be a returning client !

Literally leave mad every time! Decided to give them one more chance and again, was proven this is the poorest run company ever. I thought it was one particular sight but they are all horrible. Cancelled my membership and now my husband is going to as well after 2 years. Horrible.

Was called 40 minutes before my appointment to cancel. Then was rescheduled to the next day at 9:00am and when I showed up after driving 30 minutes the building was closed and locked. Massage therapist was waiting outside as well. I can’t believe a business is run like this without even the basic courtesy of contacting its clients. They also rescheduled my cousins massage after she arrived on another day. Never got the massage. Don't waste your time.

The massage with Ashley was a delight for my husband. Everything after that was a nightmare! They were having computer issues and after I made my payment in store, they were unable to provide a receipt. I pulled up my credit card pending transactions to show it went through and thought it was the end of it. While on vacation, I received a call from a staff member stating my card didn't go through and wanted another form of payment over the phone, I declined saying it is showing pending still, I also received an email asking me to show proof. I replied that I was not comfortable sending this and offered to come into the store to show them, no reply. The next day, I received another call from a staff member saying he saw the email and to disregard that request. I get home from vacation and
