Massage Envy

I had a great experience at this location! I used to have a membership, but a couple of months ago a decide to cancel it! (A big mistake that I did). Today I booked jut one session, and Jazmine with her great customer service offered me to rejoin again with a membership. She was so nice, and knowing the value of being a member I couldn’t refuse it. Emanuel was my therapist. He has a great customer service, and it was a good listener who really understood my needs. The pressure of his massage was high - which I really appreciate and recommend. Happy to come back and continue my path of healing and recovery! Thank you Massage Envy!

I’ve been a member in the past, but I stopped going. My husband wanted to treat me to a massage so we went, and the mgr was superb. She got both of us to be members again, and the massage was the best one I ever had in my life. I have had many messages in my life time, but Jarae really took his time with me and made me feel extremely special. He was also very attentive to what I needed done, and made sure I was ok. I would recommend this location to anyone. The service is just amazing!

I always have a great experience at Massage Envy North Miami. The staff is welcoming and the space is clean and relaxing. Jarae is absolutely spectacular—very attentive, professional, and truly skilled at what he does. He always takes the time to work out any knots and tension, and I leave every session feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. You can tell he genuinely works hard and cares about his clients. Highly recommend booking with him!

I scheduled a massage early Friday morning through the website as a first-time client because it advertised the $80 introductory rate. I understand that individual locations may choose not to honor this promotion, which is exactly why I called multiple times throughout the day on Friday to confirm the price. No one answered and my calls were not returned. Since the appointment was made very early Friday, the location had the entire business day to contact me regarding any pricing difference. My appointment was for Saturday at 6 PM, and I did not receive a call until 10 AM that same Saturday, when I was told the introductory rate would not be honored and the actual price would be $130. At that point I asked to cancel, and only afterward was I told there would be a same-day cancellation f

Alexis is amazing! From start to finish, the experience was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. He really listens, knows how to target problem areas, and has an incredible touch.
