Massage Envy

Had a 1 hour massage done by Cassie today and it was uhhhhmazing! Relaxing, easy conversation, great touch! She really took her time to focus on my problem areas and even showed me tips on how to help stretch at work and at home. I can’t wait for my next massage!

Where to start 😡 3 months ago we visited here for my sister’s birthday and the young lady who is no longer here persuaded us to become members. Immediately upon scheduling our next visit we had to cancel due to lack of therapist on Saturdays. We rescheduled for another Saturday during the next month only to find they only have one therapist on Saturday which means we can never do a couple massage or have them done at the same time by two different therapist. So a one hour session turns into two hours. We both work and can only come on a Saturday. The lady stated she no idea what the corporate number was and I immediately located it on Google and she asked that I share it with her. Due to them having no therapist we are being told we’ll still have to remain locked in the contract. My sis

Cassie was AMAZING!!! I was having issues with my calves after leg day and she knew exactly what to do! Focused on my issues and it has made a world of a difference.

Signing up for a membership has been a huge mistake. The lack of communication at the Surfside location is so frustrating. The location is completely unprofessional. The therapists have provided great service. However, the management and front desk are completely lacking professional service. They talk loudly on personal calls ignoring customers, don't return messages and ignore complaints. I completed my required year membership in January and have been trying to verify I won't be charged the automatic payment again. I get different answers from everyone I talk to. Now, being told I need to complete cancellation form and it takes 10 days from the time a manager signs off to process. In the meantime, I may be charged another month!

AVOID! I have been a Massage Envy member for years and have just cancelled my membership. Afters today's visit they advised there was a $37.50 "market upcharge" for my service that last month was fully covered with my membership. Also, booking an appointment less than 6 weeks out is next to impossible and there is constant staff turnover and resulting appointment cancellations. Staff and manager couldn't care less but one associate was fielding another "cancel my membership" request while I was checking out. I asked for the franchise owner's contact info but was advised that was confidential. Don't get sucked into buying a monthly membership-plenty of other options out there!
