Massage Envy

I visited Envy Spa recently, and I was very disappointed with the service. They charged $145 for a one-hour session, but the massage wasn’t worth the price at all. The therapists mostly just applied oil and used wet and hot towels to make it seem relaxing, but there was no real massage technique or effort. It felt more like a basic oil application than an actual massage. Overall, it was a waste of money. I do not recommend this place and won’t be visiting again.

This issue involves the Massage Envy location at 1001 Market Center Drive, Morrisville, NC. I have been a Massage Envy member for many years and currently maintain memberships within my household. I am now dealing with an unresolved issue involving over $2,000 in prepaid credits on my son’s membership. Every one of those services was paid for with my credit card. My son does not use massage or facial services, so I requested a simple solution: close his account and transfer the prepaid credits to my household account so the services we paid for can actually be used. I am not asking for a refund, only the ability to use services that were prepaid. I have been trying to resolve this since November 2025, nearly four months now. My entire experience at massage envy was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. I was early so they offered me a neck warmer. A wonderful way to wait for your appointment I had a scheduled appointment with Marina which turned out to be the best facial I have ever had. She was so knowledgeable and professional I had the facial that infused oxygen into my pores and my skin just looks radiant. I would recommend Marina for a wonderful facial experience and massage envy of Morrisville for friendly and professional services.

Jojo was absolutely amazing. She creates a safe space for you to relax. Jojo is kind professional and knowledgeable. Also, she is uniquely attuned to the muscles stress reactions, blockage, and pressure points. Jojo is so outstanding that I have booked her again this month !

Saw Taylor W. yesterday for my first massage in years. He was informative, respectful and was willing to answer any and all questions/chat to my leisure. I felt so much better post massage, as I experience mid to low back pain! Will be making sure I start going consistently. *** Pressure is pretty medium firm, more of a medical massage that still offers the ability to relax. DRINK LOTS OF WATER BEFORE AND AFTER!!
