Massage Envy

I had a 90 minute massage last week. As with all ME locations, there are no amenities. I think the price for what I got here was way too high- The massage was only about 75 minutes and the therapist used a lot of elbow and forearm which I found uncomfortable. Something else to note- It's not their fault, but there is construction going on right outside of the building and the majority of the time that I was in my treatment there was a jackhammer going which was very disruptive. I will not return- you can get a much better experience for that price somewhere else.

This location has a great team, all are very friendly but my massage therapist Joel was particularly exceptional. I was caught in traffic and running late. He saw me anyways and despite it being a shorter session I came off the table feeling fantastic. Joel is very talented and professional.

I got my first facial here, normally I come here for my massages and saw they do facials! I love it!!! I will definitely be back for another one. Ask for Raina she was amazing!!!

I had my first massage here a few months ago and I had an issue with the therapist starting late and ending early even factoring in the time for consult. The front desk staff heard me out and my next massage I got paired with Rachel instead of the previous therapist. She respected my time while also making sure she understood what parts of my body needed the most massage work. Rachel is not only great at massage but she really went above and beyond to help me and address my needs. Since then I have gotten a few more massages from Rachel and will continue to see her. Thank you Rachel and the rest of the staff that went above and beyond to help me. I'll be recomending this location to friends and family.

I've been coming to this location off and on for the last couple of years. For different reasons, the estheticians come and go. Which is fine, but just when you get used to someone, they leave and you start over with someone new. It's not necessarily their fault, but it's something to consider. I'm currently seeing Arlana whom has been there for several months now, so that's a good sign. I'm going to have my first massage from this location, tomorrow. The staff is warm and welcoming, especially one off their front office people called Alexander. He's pretty awesome! I had some issues with them on the past, which they apologized for, and offered ways to "make it right" without me asking for them to do so. That meant a lot.
