I’ve had consistently great experiences at the Mission Viejo location. I’ve been to many ME locations over the years, and this one is truly the best. The customer service is friendly and efficient, scheduling is easy, and the space is clean and well maintained. Karen is truly a healer—she’s incredibly in tune with her clients’ bodies and what they need. Her work is thoughtful, effective, and deeply restorative. I always leave feeling noticeably better. I’ve also had facials here that I absolutely love, especially with Lupita. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always seems to know exactly what my skin needs. Highly recommend them both!!!

FACIAL EXPERIENCE: The other day I had a Tone-Balancing Facial with Jayce--the dual licensed/certified esthetician/massage therapist--and all I can say is WOW. I know that it's what I came in for but, even then, it was kind of hard to believe how good my skin looked after just one 60-min session! My sister saw me shortly after the facial and also said that my face was glowing! Besides the incredible results, I could not have asked for a better overall experience. Jayce's relaxed, compassionate, and uplifting demeanor set the tone for the entire session and he worked skillfully and thoroughly while maintaining the perfect soothing touch and flow. His massage skills definitely came out, as well, during the neck and arm massage portion of the facial--especially the traps and rhomboids part!

Karen is an excellent massage therapist. She was thorough and did a great job explaining everything. She helped with a lot of muscle tension I consistently had. She got out knots in my shoulders and back that I didn’t even know were possible to get out. The initial pricing was great but the return price is difficult to maintain. It was a wonderful treat yourself service though.

Fantastic experience! This was my first visit to this location in Mission Viejo as a long time Massage Envy member. Jayce was amazing! Very attentive, took the time to ask about my concerns and addressed each one. Afterwards, he gave me recommendations for follow up care things to do in between massages. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely be returning to this location. Would recommend!
