Massage Envy

Extremely disappointing customer service. Two weeks ago I went to Massage Envy to redeem a massage transfer that my sister had given me about two years ago. Instead of a smooth experience, I was met with confusion and very poor customer service from the manager, Yessenia. She clearly did not know how to process the transfer and repeatedly she went going back and forth to her office trying to figure out what to do. It was unprofessional and frustrating to sit there while the manager seemed completely unprepared to handle a basic request. The massage therapist did a good job and the massage itself was enjoyable, but the customer service experience completely overshadowed it. Lucia is amazing!!! So knowledgeable The session was both relaxing and therapeutic, and I felt a noticeable improvement afterward. She truly listened to my needs and tailored the massage perfectly. Highly recommend!

My first time going to this location and let me tell you I'm glad I went here. Suylen did my massage and she was phenomenal. I walked out of there with less pain feeling good. I will definitely be returning to her for my next massage. She gave a massage like never before if you like a good massage try her you will not regret it. I would give her way more stars if possible.

I've been going to ME for some years now and have ALWAYS had Silvia. She is Amazing and Always on point with her massages. Yesterday I had a 90min session and boy did I need after a hectic week. Thanks Silvia!!!

Sahily did a great job! I walked in with my back strained from picking up a 125# motor in s hurry and not using proper form the day before. My back eventually went into a spasm and I walked accordingly. The only relief I found was taking alieve, but even that wasn't allowing me to walk normal. I booked a 90 minute massage with Sahily. She worked on my back very gradually, but with the correct amount of pressure. I couldn't tell how well my back was responding until I got up and found i could move normally again. On top of that she loves America! Great experience meeting Sahily! A++++!
