Ellen was excellent. She was courteous and she was pleasant. She is knowledgeable with all the muscles and how to get it ready since I had a tournament the next day. She said we will do this lightly so you won’t be sore the next day but targeting the essential areas. I felt great the next day!

Dalia, my esthetician, deserves 5 stars. She was warm, knowledgeable, and did a great job with my first chemical peel. She answered all of my questions and my skin looks great, huge thanks to her for her professionalism and quality of service. However, the pushiness from the lady at the front desk rivaled the first time I tried to buy a used car. She insisted I purchase a membership, and I was interested in hearing about the options. I didn't want to commit to a 12 or 6 month membership, so I declined. I used a gift card for my peel so my goal going in was to get a nice treatment with a lower out of pocket cost. She then tried to upsell me the package for 3 treatments, 2 of which would have been included in my chemical peel. I thought about it but again, didn't want to spend the extra mon

Overall experience was not the best. Massage was just ok, didn’t hit very deep or hit the spots I needed. When the masseuse massaged my arms and legs, she absolutely soaked them in lotion, which was not pleasant, and left them feeling pretty itchy afterwards. I also did not appreciate the pushiness of the front desk to buy a membership, it was my first time at this location and she was going off about a good deal and giving me an employee discount, and left me standing unnecessarily there for about 10 minutes.
