Massage Envy

I don’t usually write reviews. Nine times out of 10 when there’s an issue no one takes care of it lol. This one is not an issue. This one is a compliment. Massages are good! Very relaxing and the massage therapist is sweet. Also the front desk associate Sierra is very nice. She is kind and very helpful. If customer service had a gold medal, she’d already have two 🥰

I’ve had massages before but my 60min massage with Yasmin has been the best one. She moved my body to massage muscles i didn’t even know needed it. I wish I could afford to see her regularly

I booked a 90 minute prenatal massage. I got there at 2:30. By the time they finish checking me in and I undressed to get on the bed, It was roughly 2:45. My massage was done by 3:45. I questioned how come it did not last 90 minutes. I was told That they deduct time for checking in, getting undressed and then getting dressed again. I think that is extremely deceiving. I have never went to a massage place where my time was deducted for check in and undress/dress. Every single massage place I have gone to starts their time as soon as they start the Massage. Why should a client eat up time for prepping on their watch and dime. I would not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. I rather go to a local place that values time and integrity. I basically paid for 90 min massage b

Overall the staff is nice but the massage therapist named "Andreas" has a horrible attitude problem. He probably thinks he is the best masseuse in the world which he's not. Needs to learn that he is in the service business and to leave his attitude at home if he's having a bad day. You are allowed to have a bad day but no need to give unnecessary attitude. He also cuts into the your massage time for him being late! Just horrible. Management should definitely take note of his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service.

This location in merrick is the worst never can get in contact with a manger. They never call back i need to cancel my membership. and not get charged never can get any one to help.
