Massage Envy

The website was broken so I called to book a massage for myself and my Mom. When I called, they confirmed us for two 30 minute massages the following day. We drove 30 minutes to get there the next day.. when we arrived they told us that they never do 30 minute massages and that they were fully booked for the day. They never called to tell us that our appointments were canceled nor texted us. They did not offer us any credit.

The massage itself was amazing — exactly what I needed. The therapist, Israel, was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I was looking for. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit.

Lots of massage services to choose from. They have a line of skin care products for sale which appears to be really good. Front desk young lady is very attentive and nice. Massage are by appointment and they are open every day of the week and late hours

I’m extremely disappointed in whoever manages and runs this store! The scheduling is terrible. They’re constantly cancelling and rescheduling appointments and then when you reschedule weeks in advance, they call barely 24 hrs if not less in advance to cancel again. Especially for facials. They only have one person who does facials and in one month I was rescheduled twice. I’ve had to rearrange childcare and talk about a mom who was looking forward to some ME time. Oh and don’t ask to speak to a supervisor, because Melissa does not return calls to discuss a professional resolution! DO NOT invest in their yearly membership!

Rey was amazing. If I lived here, I would go see him every month. My back hasn’t felt this good in three years. The receptionist was also very caring and listened to my expectations.
