Massage Envy

The other day my experience at Massage Envy was not that great. However, the manager contacted me immediately to see how to improve my experience the next time. The manager was professional, understanding, and willing to listen. She was able to reschedule my massage for today I had a fantastic massage from Preston. I was experiencing lower back pain and pain in my neck and shoulders. After the 90 minute massage with Preston all pain was gone. He uses very firm pressure which is just what I needed! Checking in and checking out was seamless and the front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. What a fantastic experience and a great way to start my holiday weekend.

I work at a desk all day so my back and shoulders often get tense. Vanessa did an incredible job working out all of the tension that had been built up, and even found knots I didn't know I had! I can't recommend her enough.

If you are in need of a therapist that has an exceptional understanding of the bodies physiology then Preston Crawford is your choice. Exceptional assessment of your issues prior to the session. The session will most likely be deep tissue massage. I have had great success with Preston as a companion to physical therapy. You may be a bit sore after the session but you will see excellent benefit from the session. Preston can also explain what he sees as possible contributors to you issues and give recommendations on things you can try on your own. I have used Preston for a couple of years, he is the best deep tissue therapist I have ever used. Great results every session.

Love the convenience that Massage Envy offers! I have enjoyed getting monthly treatments and exploring the different service options…massages and facials being my favorites! I easily book my appointments through the app, which is great! Only negative is that you can’t cancel or reschedule appointments through the app. That would be ideal.

I got a 60-min massage from Vanessa yesterday, she did a terrific job! She provided a relaxing and comfortable experience while working out all kinks and knots that I told her that I had before the session started. She had consistent pressure and techniques to release tightness I felt in my hamstrings. Thank You Vanessa for the awesome massage. I highly recommend this location and therapist!
